Ops, fat already!

Do you love your heart? Do you really care about what you've eaten/drink so far? :) Becareful, you may not see the effect now, but when you are getting older and older, you may suffers all kinds of diseases. 

Protect your heart

Sometimes, I do see a lot of health care ad. about hearty issues, stress management and stop smoking campaign at the Adventist hospital. I feel it is really useful information for me as ... you know lar, engineer life... will only go to the office, checking hardware in the lab, reply emails, meeting with colleagues and all the big BOSSES... most of the times are sitting. I also getting fatter and fatter now! Not sure if you also have similar situation like me? :(

This is the situation! haha...

"I'm ON DIET!" Well, this is the phrase that i keep in my mind for last 4 years, but seems like.... :P Next month will be my body checkout... I think i will score with "flying colours" haha.. Tomorrow, i must start my training again! Wish me and give me strength!! :D

Oh ya, actually, I read an article which i think is good for us. Check this out! 

How to prevent heart disease? 
1. Don't smoke or use tobacco. - I don't :D
2. Exercise for 30 min at least 5 times a week (err... seems like 2 times only)
3. Eat a heart healthy diet that is low in fat, cholesterol and salt includes fruit, vege, wholegrains, beans, fish and low fat dairy products.
4. Maintain a healthy weight and BMI (err... this one, gou li lor, i fully not met!)
5. Get regular health screenings (yes, i have, but rare)
6. Manage your stress levels (erm, guys, engineer stress or not? :P)
7. Monitor your alcohol consumption (yup, i seldom take)
8. Cut down salt (cook yourself, don't take outside food lo...)
9.  Check your family history (ops, my family has hearth disease background)
10. Recognize early sign of heart disease - tightness or discomfort in the chest, neck, arm or stomach when you exert yourself but which goes away with rest. This may be a symptom of angina. 

So, after reviewing these 10, do you think you have done enough for your heart? :D For me, definitely NOT!

How to Change "Forced" Capital Letter In Your Widget Title?

Guys, some finding to share... :D
  
I encountered widget's title forced to be in capital letter and it did not show the letter case that I wish to create. Not sure if you also encounter this problem? 
I think some of the templates are designed to force the widget's title to be in capital letters.

Here are the simple steps: 
1. Go to template > Edit HTML > Proceed
2. Copy your HTML code to a notepad first just in case you did mistakes on the codes.
3. Search for the word "transform" and find the "upper" string and change to "none".
4. Preview your blog and if it works well, save your template. DONE!

How to Upload an Audio File in Blogger

There are many ways to put audio file in blog but I only learn one of it. I find this information is really good for all bloggers since there is no upload button for audio whoever using blogger.com. So, I would like to share how to upload your audio file in simple steps below. 


1. Register, Download and Install Dropbox to your PC. It is freeware and you will have 2GB space to upload your file. 


2. After you install DropBox software, you will have a dropbox folder in your document, for my case, it is in "My Documents". 


3. Then, Open Dropbox folder, paste your audio file into "Public" folder. 
>>My Documents\Dropbox\Public


4. How to know your file has finish upload? By looking at your icons..

5. Subsequently followed by a right click on your file, click "copy public link". 

6. Go to boomp3 webpage, paste the link and save. You will get the HTML code after that. After you get your html code, paste it in your blog under HTML (Beside "Compose").

This is my 1st song written for my darling and sing it during my proposal. This is a recording that i did just now, got a lot of noisy sound, motor lar, car lar, wind lar... my sound lar.. lolz.. So, it kind of noisy... I will record next time for clearer one...haha.. :D

A Love Shape Btw Us

What do you think about this love shape? This was the love shape that i build for my darling in 2009. I found in my picture folder that I never view for so long. Kind of miss the moment that i sit in the room and concentrate doing those love shape... For me, it is tough!! :P

It looks very simple but, in fact, we have gone through hard time together and it needs a lot of true love and tolerate to build that in real life.

While enjoying reading other people blogs, one thing catch my eyes which is online paid survey. At first glance, I thought it must be a scam [1].

Well, I did some online research and it seems hard to be true that some people out there are really earn incentives like cash rewards, shopping vouchers (Jusco), book vouchers (MPH), food/fast food (KFC/Pizza Hut) vouchers, online coupons, movie tickets etc by doing online survey. Wow, it really sounds great to me! :D

But, we also need to be-careful. Some of the webpage will require you to pay them 1-time-fee to actually start your survey. Beware, and never ever send money to them, it is a scam. We do not need to pay them to do survey because we voice out our opinion to make worldwide/M'sia services/products successful in the market. 

Actually, I get a lot of information from blogs. Most of them mentioned that "it is rewarding to join these survey sites but don’t expect to make a lot of money doing these surveys because you won’t." [2] I strongly agree with that because I've tried out most of the free online paid survey webpage recommended by bloggers and I only earn some pocket money. 

Here are the free online paid surveys that I've joined 1 month ago.

Some of the survey will need you to have paypal account in order for them to paid you. You can sign up free paypal account here.  

Sometimes the survey is quite long, but long survey will give you more incentives. It depends on how professional opinion needed from you. Do not worry, they will send you email when there is a survey available. Just check your email frequently.

Since it is free, no doubt to have a try. Another way to earn from these survey websites is to promote and recommend to your friends. WinWin situation, you get a recommend incentives, your friends have chances to get paid after doing survey.

Well, I just get rm5 after completing 2 surveys yesterday, using 10minutes. Small money, but okok lar… Highly recommend Ipanel Online Malaysia because the survey frequency is the TOP one!! 

Huh~ It is time to have dinner, so I stop here and will update if I have any more information. Feel free to drop any message regarding on this.
