Curry Puff 2!

Well, if you happen to read my wife's blog (Love of Curry Puffs) and my blog (Back Hometown Is really Nice) recently, probably you know that I'm making some curry puffs. I'm new in making curry puffs and I'm always trying.. :)

On the 26th Oct, I got the curry puff recipe from my mom through phone and make it for my wife to eat. Actually, it is nice looking, but not really nice to eat. haha! :P

So, what to do next?!

By creating chance to meet....

Yeah, MY PARENTS! I went back hometown last 2 weeks and ask my parents to show me how to do the curry puffs... I recorded down all their procedure and spent every single time with them during curry puffs session! I even have the video.. :) 
The only thing that I not manage to do well is the "flower" of the curry puffs.

My wife's relative! They come to visit grandpa and celebrate my wife's cousin's son birthday this weekend. So they stay at my house around 4-5 days. While we chit-chat, I mentioned abt my curry puffs that I made last few weeks ago and it was not taste so good... Wow, they gave so many advices and end up, they plan to teach me! What a golden opportunity! So, we buy all the cooking materials and make curry puff yesterday...

The method is quite different from my parents but both also very nice. They also teach me how to do the "flower" of the curry puffs. I think, the biggest achievement would be the "flower" of the curry puff. I no longer need to use this...  I use my own hand to do the flower! :D
